Kotak bank recovery agent picked up my car without telling me no intimation and i have 5 pending installments?

kotak bank recovery people came to my office and picked up my car and after that i said that i will pay you 5 month installments they refuse to take and now they are asking for the full amount. Any help if i can get my car back after paying the pending installments.
