Am I entitled to income tax refund if husband owed taxes before we were married?

My husband and I filed a joint return last year. We were just married in '07. I didn't work but we filed jointly, with him as head of household. We were suppose to get back $2999, not including the stimulus checks. However, the IRS kept the refund because they said my husband owed back alimony (NOT child support--just to be clear) and some back taxes. If I file an innocent spouse claim will I be entitled to anything? Thanks for any advice! I did work all of 2006 and filed.
