Does anybody remember singer John Parr?

I personally thought he should of had a string of hit songs throughout the 80s but sadly he ended up falling into obscurity instead, I thought he had a great singing voice and admittedly I actually thought his hit songs " " and "Man in Motion (St. Elmo's Fire") were performed by the group Foreigner.
