Dyed blonde hair gone wronggggg, HELP?

so i dyed my sister's hair a light blonde (her natural hair color is dark blonde, ex. lauren conrad). and it came out orangey! shes so upset and i dont know how to fix it because we dont have the money to go to a hair salon. what can we do to take the orange tones out? please please any advice would help thankss
