Small bowl of water and phone fell in wht can i so?

So last night my poor phone fell into a bowl of water, it was total submerged for about 3s or maybe 5 now it has been in rice since 5 o'clock last night and still nothing, but around 7 it turned on all by its self. is there anything i can do to get it to work again?
