3 months, bad congestion, 2 cylces antibiotics, didnt help, weazing, weak, dizzy, ANY ANSWERS/ADVICE?

3mos now im very short of breath, heavy weezing, coughing up thick dark mucous, yuk! weak,pale, feel like somebody sittin on my chest.... breathing is short, tight, full of weezy sounds... body aches etc.. sinus pressure, facial pain... when i walk up steps i stop and get dizzy... im dead all the time, EXTREME FATIGUE... ive tried teas, fluids, vitamin c, rest, 30 tabs amoxicllin 500mgs 3x tid too completion, flonase spray, albuterol inhaler, amoxil clavulonic acid 2x tid 10days.... NOTHING WORKS! i have too see the doctor for 3rd time in morning... ive begged her too send me to an allergy specialist as i have chronic sinus infections etc....i have a rash on arms, legs, here n there..not sure if that is relavent... but man im so weak, tired of being sick and tired of a doctor thats no repsonsive too the allergy issue... ive been tested for allergies in past an they were pretty bad as i tested high for all airborne allergens, you name it! i believe the chronic sinus problem has gotten as bad as it can get and is allergy related....ANY ADVICE? what do i tell the doctor that umes everything like i didnt finish the antibiotics, or insinuates im not taking as directed etc.. she dismisses the allegy issue too keep me on her payroll etc...
