I think the US government, not just Bush, has been using Georgia as a pawn to take over South Ossetia, and angered Russia to invade, and made them look "bad" in front of the world. Yet, they want to have a missile shield, and wanting to attack Iran, when China and Russia have been strong allies, and have stated they will support/aid Iran in defense. Ok, I'm with my boyfriend for about 6 months now. He had a 4.5 years relationship before we got together, which he ended because he was sick of her bad attitude. I don't understand them and I think this is very unfair to me, especially since it's been done behind my back. Guitar pickups? Plz help!?

I have a 2008 gibson sg, whenever i switch from treble to rhythm, the neck pickup barely works...i had the inside of the guitar cleaned and it still cuts out. I have to keep playing with the switch until it finally sounds like it kicks in and works but it sometimes crackles out and no sound or crackling comes from my guitar when on rhythm. How difficult are colts and stallions?

If you like the colt, get it but geld it. Colts and stallions are a pain in the because you have to have separate locations for pasture turnout etc. You have to be careful what they are stabled next to etc. As they get older and the testosterone kicks in, they will start displaying more dominant behavior and can become quite a handful which can make them difficult to train and handle. Some bloodlines produce notoriously bad minded horses and with the testosterone influence too, they can become quite aggressive and even dangerous. There is already a overpopulation of horses in this country and unless this was some outstanding prospect that you had intentions of showing/racing/jumping etc with an intent to eventually stand as a stallion prospect, I'd bguy him if you thought he was the right horse and then get him cut ASAP.

I was playing yahtzee the other night with my family and one of my neighbors, Ned. So people, what do you think is a good tire? Looking for a good road tire, not wimpy, but not overly aggressive either, like a mild all terrain would be good. Size will be 265/75/16. Currently has Goodyear MT-R's on it, and I have to say that is the worst tire I have ever owned! I'm not a big Goodyear fan anyways. I reported a leak in my kitchen to my landlord, later that day he came and took a look at the apt. He cut the bathroom which had no effect on da kitchens leaking. I just got the PS2 game Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, but I can't get past the first fight (the one in Traverse Town with the cloaked man). From watching videos/walkthroughs on Youtube, I gather that when you first appear, you have to run forward and collect the Donald card. However, my game automatically transfers the card into my deck. When I run forward nothing happens (the game doesn't notice that I've already picked up the card, I guess). I mean, I can dodge-roll/jump/etc...just not attack. I've restarted the game/tried about three times, with the same results. Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be fixed, or do I have to buy a new version of the game? Graphics card problem!?

When i started playing fear, i noticed that polygons started shooting out of places, and even when it is on minimum setting, it still does this. As soon as i turned Vsync on, the problem got much worse. With ceilings turning into shooting polygon textures, and the walls half-vanished, it dont know what it is. I get these checkered cubes things with multicolours(like corrupt data), they come in strips and only appear when i get close to an object. I have recently downloaded the latest drivers for my graphic card. This used to happen to my other games, like Farcry, but ever since i installed FEAR, it does not happen to other games anymore, but FEAR. I have not changed my graphics card in any way, or overclocked it, so whats happening? Is it my FEAR game that is corrupt or something? How can i fix it? Please give suggestions, thanks!

How do I convince my parents to let me get pet mice?

I have about a year left before I obtain my B.A. in Psychology and I really want to attend graduate and receive either a Ph.D or a Psy.D. After talking with my advisor he said that I should probably aim for a Masters degree first because of my gpa (3.0) which I just got up. I had a bad freshman year in college and at one point my gpa was a 2.6. Anyway im more interested in the actual practice of the field in psychology and I want to do some kind of counseling and therapy and be involved in the field. My advisor said my best chance is probably gong to a school like Argosy or something like that and getting a M.A. there because of my gpa. He also then told me that I could pursue a Psy.D but that they are not as respectable as Ph.D's. So im kind of confused after all of this. I don't know if its even worth getting a Psy.D or if I should aim for a Ph.D. or if I should settle for a masters or maybe just forget it all together and be happy with my B.A. Anybody with any experience in the field of psychology your help and advice would greatly be appreciated. X-rays during early pregnancy?

Okay x-rays CAN cause birth defects but are uncommon, you got an xray of your mouth and not your stomach, so the rays where driected tward your mouth and not tummy. I had a tooth extraction and x-rays when i was 2 months preggo,, i didnt know i was preggo iether, but i was taking vicoden adn all kinds of hard meds for about a day, I wa sreally worried when i found out i was pregnant. They did a full ultrasound, and the baby is 100% healthy and normal. The onlky thing that is still a chnace is that is the medication affected the development of the brain, and can cause mild retardation or other diabilities of the brain. I am not terrably worried about that though. Anyways, I wsh you good luck, and not to worry, there is a 1 in 10,000 chnace something will affect your baby, and if it does that chance that it will be a sever thing is very very slim.

I have been smelling karosene in my apartment building for months. I called the landlord on the 4th and they never returned our call. Finally my husband went to their place of business yesterday. When we came home they said they found a leak. (In front of the pilot light , but it was no big deal.) We have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. They both sleep in our room which is well ventalated. About a year ago, or so, my brother was with his girlfriend in an unfamiliar place and he got VERY low on gas, so he thot the rite thing to do wuz call my stepmom and dad, he did so, and they got real pissed at him b/c he called them! How can I start a Mock Trial Club in a small high school?

I've always been really interested in law, the constitution, and arguing, but I always thought that I wasn't the type to be lawyer -- until I read "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee three years ago, back in junior high. I'm now a sopre in a small high school in California. We had a Mock Trial Club once, but I don't know what happened to it. My guess would be that, as was the fate of most obscure clubs started on campus, it fizzled out due to lack of participation from the student body. That was before I started here. I'd really like to resurrect it, and I have support from the majority of my friends of all grade levels. My only problem is that clubs at my school are basically student run, with little to no involvement from staff and faculty such as teachers and the principal. I have no idea what being the president of a Mock Trial Club entails; I know we wouldn't have access to any real lawyers, judges, etc., but I was hoping that it would just be fun and casual. How would I go about starting and maintaining a Mock Trial Club? Would I have to prepare the cases? And how exactly do they work? Thank you so much for any insight! This means a lot to me.

How can I get my family off my back about my weight loss?

Hey there. So here's a little background info. I'm a 5'7" 20 year old female. Back in June 2010 I was 197 pounds and was sick of being overweight. I would pig out on basically whatever I wanted and it showed. So I decided to start eating healthier and exercising. I didn't really tell my family much about it because I didn't want to admit to them that I was unhappy with the way I looked. Anyways, I started working out consistently ever since and have be eating a reduced calorie diet with lots of lean meat, fruits, veggies, water etc. I'm not starving myself, I just eat a reasonable amount of food now compared to how I would gorge myself before. I currently weight 149 pounds (and am thrilled) but I'm running into a problem. My parents ( who I still live with as I commute to University) are convinced I'm like underweight and skin and bones now. They comment all the time about how I don't eat enough and how I shouldn't lose anymore weight. We fight about it on a weekly basis. I promise you I eat enough (about 1500 calories per day of healthy food) but they don't see that because I eat numerous small meals and snacks through out the day. I bought myself a new pair of pants (size 6) because my other pants didn't fit and my parents threw a fit (mind you, they are both quite overweight and lead very sedentary lifestyles). My goal eventually is to be down to about 130 pounds and to be very toned. I have explained to them on numerous occasions that my weight loss has been a result of just eating healthier and exercising, but I guess they have it imprinted into their mind that the only way to lose weight is by starving yourself, therefore I must be doing that. I don't know. Am I being unreasonable here? I've been trying to do everything the healthy and right way to get down to my desired look but it's really tough with my parents breathing down my neck. How can I get them to support my new healthy lifestyle?

Idaho is a pretty big state. It has areas in the south that's farmland as well as the mnts like Sun Valley with the trees. There's a lot of places in central Idaho in which to get land. Also in northern. We have land up in the boonies around Orfino. We also used to have land up north of Coeur d' Alene. Up near the MT border. It's beautiful and remote up there. It's just a matter of taking a trip and find the areas you like. THere's a different feel to different parts of the state. Good luck!

I doubt it would have given you CO poisoning, but there could be a couple things to it. First, the flames consume oxygen so maybe your oxygen intake was lowered a bit. Secondly, candles can put off serious amounts of pollution. Breathing a lot of that stuff in for a long time could mess with your system and give you the headaches. Or, lastly, you could just be stressed from studying and with your exams coming up.

NOTHING WORKS! i have too see the doctor for 3rd time in morning... ive begged her too send me to an allergy specialist as i have chronic sinus infections etc....i have a rash on arms, legs, here n there..not sure if that is relavent... but man im so weak, tired of being sick and tired of a doctor thats no repsonsive too the allergy issue... ive been tested for allergies in past an they were pretty bad as i tested high for all airborne allergens, you name it! i believe the chronic sinus problem has gotten as bad as it can get and is allergy related....ANY ADVICE? what do i tell the doctor that umes everything like i didnt finish the antibiotics, or insinuates im not taking as directed etc.. she dismisses the allegy issue too keep me on her payroll etc...

Legal Holiday for Rent Due date?

I live in an apartment where rent is due on the first. the policy in our building is that rent paid after 5pm on the 3rd will be charged a 75 dollar late fee. All the tenants received written notice reminding us of the fact in October 2008. In the Month of Jan 2009 the 3rd fell on a Sat and the on site office hours on Sat are from 9:00am to 2:00pm. So I paid my rent on the 5th which is the first working day after the 3rd. The manager gave me a receipt that said I had a zero balance. In Feb 2009 I paid the rent on the 4th in full I also paid a separate money order for 75 dollars to cover the late fee for paying after the 3rd. This time when the manager gave me the receipt there was a different dollar amount for my account other than the monthly rent and late fee and this receipt was showing a balanced still owed on the account. I told the manager where was this balance from and she told me that it was a late fee charge from Jan that the management office told her to add to our account. This is on Feb 4. I then told her I needed to speak to the management office. I contacted the management office and also faxed then a written doent asking why when rent was being paid and our receipt would say one thing and then the following month it would say we owed a balance, that we did not give them the rent in full the previous because they take the late fee owed from the previous month first before applying our month to the monthly rent, and we have never received any written notification about any late rent we were being charged except once in 11/2008. I then stated on paper and over the telephone that I did not feel that i paid Jan rent late because sat and sun are considered business holidays and sent the civil code section which stated about being able to pay on the first business day following a sat or sun if the payment due day feel on the weekend. And although it was stated that we have until 5 pm on the 3rd because this 3rd feel on Sat was our time frame shortened to 2pm the close of the managers office? The management office then said that even if that was the case because the purchase date of the money order said the 5th I was still going to be charged the late fee. When I again referred to the legal codes she stated she did not care and that they have had to deal with this in litigation before and I was being charged it. I then told them that I was requesting a itemized list detailing the damages they incurred from me paying what they considered late to be able to come up with the amount of a 75 dollar charge. I also faxed a copy of this written request to them. She refused to give me her full name and then said they would have some one send it to me to date they have not done so. I paid my rent in full again minus the balance that they said was owed and now they are saying that I did not pay the rent in full plus have another late fee. I want to know being that I keep separate money orders that shows the amounts and what it is for If I am served with a 3 day notice that includes those amounts will it be voided for asking for an amount in excess of the rent? Also can they use the purchase date of the money order to say I did not have the funds by 5pm on the 3rd that fell on a sat when they office hours end at 2pm on a sat. Also I have a month to month lease so if they just try to give 30 day notice to move do I have enough grounds to say they are retaliating because I requested those details and told them I was contesting the late fee charge.

Is Boeing's use of Carbon Fibre Composites in the 787 a con-job?

The more I think about it, the more it seems the carbon fibre material is used as a marketing ploy as opposed to an actual legitimate technological advance. I could be wrong but the cabin pressure change doesn't seem revolutionary. It's only 8000 down to 6000. If they did 2000 that would be impressive. The humidity part I think is definitely valid as I seem to suffer from nose bleed on every intercontinental trip. More humidity would add to comfort levels for sure. But carbon fibre as a structural enhancement? I spent the day thinking about it. And although it may be true that it is lighter and more flexible and able to withstand stress. Carbon fibre I know cannot take blunt impact. It usually shatters. And if stressed to much shatters. I thought I has a bad experience, then I started reading about Boeing's failed 787 elevator/ stabilizer bird strike test. This seemed to affirm my thoughts about carbon fibre. Lets say for sake of argument, you entered a serve storm or turbulence? Would you want a superstructure that might bend and pop a few rivets (as aluminum alloys do) or completely shatter? I could easily see a wing just breaking the hell off given the right conditions.

Am I entitled to income tax refund if husband owed taxes before we were married?

My husband and I filed a joint return last year. We were just married in '07. I didn't work but we filed jointly, with him as head of household. We were suppose to get back $2999, not including the stimulus checks. However, the IRS kept the refund because they said my husband owed back alimony (NOT child support--just to be clear) and some back taxes. Most high school golf meets are played after school during the week and are nine hole stroke play events. This adds a little pressure as you don't have the back nine to make up for early mistakes. I watch the kids that play at my course who are in a pretty competitive conference. The varsity players will shoot 38 or 39 for nine holes. The best players in the state tournament (Illinois) are around par. If you are shooting mid eighties you should make it, but you need a more positive attitude. Go from "I don't know if I'm good enough" to "I know I can beat everyone else if I play my best".

Ok so there is a girl I have had a crush on for almost my whole life. Well the past few months now we have been getting close. Ceiling Drywall Installation?

I am going to drywall my dining room. i have done just about my whole house and i have used drywall jacks that i own. went to get them and there not there and i am trying to find who borrowed them last. i am having no luck. so i am going to stucco the ceiling so i was thinking the room is 12 by 12 and its 10 high and i got 3/8 drywall. what if i cut the sheets in half and put them up. i know i will have a lot of seems but i don't mind muding enough so that they wont be seen so i can stucco them. like is it alright to do it this way. or will it crack or what. there is a second floor above it. should i stagger my joints or if i dont will it be fine? thanks all

Please help me with this weird problem that I have while dealing with girls?

I'm 20 and in college. My problem is that I feel that somehow all girls on this planet are connected and if you misbehave with one the others will eventually get to know it and stay away from you. Geodon Lexapro ANXIETY .....cant sleep 430am job though?

i work at ups and have to wake up at 430 ... I am taking 80mgs of Geodon and 20mgs of lexapro, 1/2mgs of ativan and 1 mg of vailum. i weigh 215. i was taking the lexapro and valium for my panic disorder and still continued to have them but less often. I do suffer from delusional jelousy (morbid jelousy) so he prescribed me geodon because i am bipolar with delusions. It is now day 7 i believe and i am having severe anxiousness restlessness. I woke up wide awake at one in the morning and felt like i could punch threw a brick wall. but on the flip side i feel weak if that makes any since. i have to force myself to eat because i have lost my appetite. Yes the geodon is causing this. The tape around the drywall ceilings in our house is coming down. How do I fix it?

The ceiling is textured, so I can't just put spackle on top because it wouldn't look right. I'm afraid if I try to glue it or put cauk under the edges, it will cause the drywall on the ceiling to flake off. The only thing I can think of is to put crown molding up against the ceiling to cover and hold it up. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help!!
