HELP!! i think i pulled something in my back, bad!!?

Your probably pulled all the muscles in your lower back. Try or alternate ice and heat, whichever feels better. Lots of rest & Tylenol. If you sleep on your side try putting a pillow in between your knees or just "bunch" up the covers. You will more than likely be really sore in the morning. Goos luck.
