Losing weight + bulimia?

just watch what u eat. try smaller portions at meal time. over time bulimia can harm your teeth, screw up your electrolytes and cause acid reflux among other dangerous things. i battled this for years and stopped. i exercise and watch what i eat. i weigh the same as when i was doing it. it was more of a control thing for me. i've had a baby, too. it did take awhile to realize i couldn't do it anymore. good luck.
